A CHINESE KO-SOMETSUKE DISH FOR THE JAPANESE MARKET
TIANQI/CHONGZHEN, 17TH CENTURY
Decorated in underglaze blue, the well painted with a fisherman on a sampan, a two-storey pavilion in the distance; the rim with a flower-shaped lappet border and mushikui; the reverse with two leafy sprays; together with a tomobako (wood box), 21cm. (2)
