TWO KOREAN INLAID-CELADON BOWLS
JOSEON DYNASTY

Both decorated with flowers and roundels, the first delicately potted, of conical shape with a wide rim; the other with a heavier rounded body, in a Japanese tomobako (wood box), 18.4cm and 17cm respectively. (3)

Provenance: from an English private collection, Devon. The first bowl with a copy of a certificate of authenticity from G Nakajima Antiques & Curios, Kyoto, dated 22 February 1998.
