A JAPANESE INLAID-BRONZE DISH BY YAMAMOTO
MEIJI ERA, 19TH CENTURY
Depicting two rakan and a shishi in a luxuriant garden with mountains in the distance, one Immortal holding a begging bowl whilst the other descends from scrolling clouds; with some details highlighted in gilt and inlaid in low relief, signed Yamamoto sei to the reverse, 27cm.
