A PAIR OF JAPANESE LACQUER CHADAI (TEABOWL STANDS)
MEIJI ERA, 19TH/20TH CENTURY
Each with a wide rim, a rounded neck and raised on a slightly flared foot; both decorated in gold hiramaki-e and nashiji on the black roiro ground with many pine trees on hills; with an inscribed tomobako (wood box), 16.5cm. (3)
