R.S.F.); General Service Medal 1918-62, fifth type, clasp: Malaya (22288910 FUS. N. MC LEAN. R.S.F.); Coronation Medal 1953, unnamed as issued; United Nations Korea Medal, unnamed as issued; all very fine or better. [4]

The Royal Scots Fusiliers did not serve in Korea as a unit, and it is supposed that the recipient fought there on attachment to another regiment, possibly the King's Own Scottish Borderers.
