Description

An English 110 bore 'bootleg' percussion pistol, turn-off barrel (possibly associated) 4.5 in., acanthus engraved action inscribed 'WESTWOOD LONDON', under-hammer falling into an enclosed nipple well with vents, chequered walnut grip, Birmingham proof; together with an 85 bore percussion pocket pistol, turn-off barrel 3.5 in., brass boxlock with acanthus engraved and inscribed 'RICHMOND', flat-sided butt, Birmingham proof. [2] Section 58(2) - no licence required if possessed as a curiosity or ornament.
