the mother-of-pearl lid engraved with scrolls and leaves, the hinged gilt metal frame engraved with urns, shells and scrolls, on three paw feet, with a push button opening, the interior is lined with velvet and a mirror, with an insert with tools comprising: a gold thimble, a gold needle case, a gold and steel stiletto, a gold star bobbin or winder and a pair of gold and steel-bladed scissors, all with French control marks
