A Victorian Gothic Revival parcel-gilt silver-mounted flagon,
by Jes Barkentin, London 1871,
in the William Burgess manner, baluster form, the red glass body heavily damaged, the mounts with engraved strapwork and mounted with cabochons, ring handle, the hinged cover with a bird finial, on a raised circular foot, height 30.5cm.
