A French carved walnut open armchair, with a rectangular panel back carved two bearded men surrounded by military trophies, the top rail centred a winged cherub's head, florets and drapes, having leaf carved scroll arms to an oak boarded seat and leaf carved seat rail with scroll apron on turned and stop fluted legs united by peripheral and 'X' stretchers, 17th century and later.
