An early 19th century French prisoner of war model of a first rate ship of the line, in bone and whale bone, the planked and pinned hull with three masts and ninety gun ports, 9.5in (24cm) h, 13in (33cm) l, on a stained wood and turned bone cradle, under a later glass dome.
