A Sèvres-style boxed desk set 19th century

A Sèvres-style boxed desk set 19th century, painted with panels of cherubs and flowers reserved on a turquoise ground, with ormolu mounts. Comprising: a covered inkwell, a pen tray and two candlesticks. All contained in a fitted monogrammed case.

Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
