A set of early 19th century silk curtains, lined and interlined and decorated with ribbon tied swags of flowers, cornucopiae, pairs of love birds, urns and trophies of bows and arrows, comprising: five pelmets with applied brocaded tassels and five pairs of curtains with matching silk fringes, tiebacks of twisted golden silk cord and with some supplementary pieces, Jacquard either Spitalfields or French manufacture, the pelmets: 294-296cm wide, the curtains: 272 x 200-235cm.
