Ugo Zannoni (Italian 1836-1919). A 19th century white marble figure, 'Her Favourite Pets', signed and dated 'UGO ZANNONI FECIT MILANO 1875', 110cm high, 41cm wide.
Ugo Zannoni was born in Verona in 1836 and attended the Academy in Venice and the Brera in Milan. One of his most famous works is the monument to Dante which can be found in the Piazza dei Signori, Verona.
