An 18th century Dutch silver tobacco jar and cover,

maker's mark possibly a swan,

shaped circular form, chased and engraved foliate and figural decoration, the pull-off cover with a cone finial, on four foliate bracket feet with a wavy-edge apron, height 14cm, approx. weight 21oz.
