A 17th century Dutch silver spoon,
maker's mark possibly a scallop, Delft 1672,
fig-shaped bowl, tapering faceted and twisted stem with standing mythical beast finial, holding a shield, scratch initialled 'M.M', length 18.5cm, plus another 17th century spoon, of similar form, the Hague, possibly 1666, the shield terminal scratch initialled 'DD' over 'CI', length 17.8cm, approx. weight 2.6oz.
