A Victorian silver 'castle-top' snuff box, York Minster,
by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1840,
rectangular form, the hinged cover with a raised view of the Minster, silver-gilt interior, foliate scroll borders, engine-turned sides and base, the base inscribed 'Presented to J.D. Styring, by his Father, July 1853', length 8.2cm, approx. weight 3.6oz.
