PROBABLY TANG DYNASTY
With a plain, gently tapered body supported on a tall foot with a whirling ridge, a paper label for Bluett, London and the Oriental Ceramic Society exhibition, 8.5cm.
Provenance: from the collection of Francis Golding (1944-2013), purchased from Michael Willcox on 27th September 2006, a copy of the original invoice is available.
Exhibited at the Oriental Ceramic Society, Exhibition of Wares of the T'ang Dynasty in 1949 no.163, lent by Dr H A Treble.
