A rare Chelsea basket c.1755, the shallow oval form with pierced everted sides enamelled with a puce design to the interior, the exterior applied with blue flowerheads, the inside well painted with a dragonfly above a floral spray with further scattered sprigs, a crack around the base, 24.5cm.
