A rare Birmingham or South Staffordshire enamel bonbonnière

A rare Birmingham or South Staffordshire enamel bonbonnière,

c.1760-70, modelled as a swan with its head resting over its back, swimming amidst aquatic reeds, the hinged oval cover painted with a further mute swan on a lake, 7.6cm across.
