A 17th century scent flask/love token

A 17th century scent flask/love token, heart shaped on a domed foot with two suspensory rings and a pull-off cap, faintly scratched on one side "MS" and "1657" with two hearts linked by an arrow, maker's mark only struck twice "IC" with a pellet and a mullet, unascribed, probably dating from c.1657, 0.4oz.
