A 1950s sapphire and diamond scroll brooch, by Cartier, mounted with a line of sixteen graduated oval shaped sapphires and complemented with a similar shaped line of baguette shaped diamonds and circular cut diamonds in platinum. Signed Cartier London with additional initials JC. 5.5cm.
