Clare Durham
Clare graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2007
with a first class honours degree in Fine Art Valuation, having
twice been the recipient of the Christopher Weston bursary award.
She joined Woolley and Wallis on graduation, working alongside John
Axford. In 2008 Clare won the first ever Society of Fine Arts
Auctioneers essay prize, and in 2010 was appointed an auctioneer
for the company. She took over the running of the English and
European Ceramics and Glass Department in April 2011 and since then
has worked on building the number and quality of
sales.
