In order that we can safely limit the number of people visiting our saleroom and offices, we would ask that you contact us prior to your visit.
Please be aware that it is now a legal requirement to wear a face covering when visiting our saleroom and offices. If you are unable to comply with this then please let a member of staff know. Staff members dealing directly with members of the public have been advised to wear face coverings, unless exempt.
Viewing of sales is currently by appointment only. Please contact the relevant department to make an appointment to view any sale. The number of people attending a view will be limited to ensure that social distancing guidelines can be adhered to. You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided before handling any of the lots. Please bring your own catalogue and pen as we are unable to put any out on display.
There will currently be no viewing of the sale on the morning of the auction itself. If you intend on coming to the sale it please let our main office or the relevant department know in advance as numbers are limited. Socially distanced seating will be available in the upstairs saleroom during the auction, and we would ask that you only come into the main sale area when you intend to actively bid. Staff will be on hand to assist in the bidding process. We continue to offer free online bidding via Woolley’sLIVE and free telephone bidding on any lot for those who would prefer to participate from the comfort of their own home.
Collection of Lots
Please contact our main office or the relevant department to make an appointment to arrange the collection of lots from any sale. Collection on the day of the sale itself may be restricted. Please be aware that we no longer offer collections on a Saturday.
