With sections dedicated to glass, ceramics, works on paper, sculpture, furniture and metalwork the 280 lot sale includes Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Post War Design. Highlights include a rare Clarice Cliff May Avenue Stamford tea set for two given as a wedding present in 1933 to a tea plantation owner in 1933, a tall and elegant Daum glass table lamp and two private collections of sculpture totalling some 70 lots. The sale also includes a unique watercolour design by Dodo Burgner for Ulk magazine dated 1928. Post-war highlights include a wall hanging of a reclining horse designed by Elisabeth Frink, 1975 and a ring set with seven rings by Wendy Ramshaw, 1972.
