A Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian vase designed by Walter Crane and painted by William S Mycock, dated 1932, flaring form, painted with a frieze of heraldic lion passant guardant above Tudor rose and hearts, in gold and ruby lustre on a deep blue ground, the interior a golden lustre impressed marks, painted artists ciphers and date code, 12.5cm. high, 19cm. diam.
