A mahogany, kingwood and wrought iron mounted wardrobe by Louis Majorelle, with carved foliate panels, with two cupboards, one with a later hanging rail the other with adjustable shelves, above a drawer to the base, flanking a bevelled mirror above a jardiniere with a lift -out liner, the back inscribed in chalk 'Helbard', the side marked 'MAJORELLE NANCY' 78.25in (198.6cm) h, 97in (246.5cm) w, 20.25in (51.5cm) d.
