A Royal Doulton Plate painted by Peter Griffin for the Farnham Painting Competition organised by Farnham College 1986, printed Doulton and Farnham mark, painted artist signature and date 26cm. diam. Peter Griffin (b.1947 in Yorkshire, England) studied at the Royal College of art, then won the Prix de Rome scholarship which allowed him to work and study in Rome for two years. He has exhibited throughout the world and his work is found in many major public and private collections.
