'The Viaduct' (City with a Viaduct) an oil on canvas by Donald Hamilton Fraser (born 1929), St Martin's School of Art, signed with artist monogram, applied paper label to reverse, image 26 x 13 inches (66 x 32.5cm). Donald Hamilton Fraser studied at St Martin's School of Art, London from 1949 to 1952, and gained a French Government Scholarship to Paris in 1953 where he lived and worked for two years (1953-54). In 1957 he became Visiting Tutor at the Royal College of Art, London, where he remained until 1983.
