A Sam Herman glass vase dated 1972, swollen form the surface burnished decoration etched Samuel Herman 1972 to base 22cm. high Sam Herman was born in Mexico City in 1936, moving to Britain in 1965. between 1967 and 1968 he won a research fellowship at the Royal College of Art becoming a tutor in charge of the glass department in 1968.
