painted black with an articulated jaw having painted white teeth, deep eyelids and keloids to the temples and forehead, with a band above having remains of a white ground and yellow pigment, late 19th century / early 20th century,

Peter's family ran an Antiques shop in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, UK, from the late 1940's to the early 1970's.
