wood with brass tacks, carved all over, the top with an Oba, snakes, two attendants and a seated crying woman with a child on her lap, the legs with Portuguese soldiers with flint lock pistols and swords, a drummer and a Benin warrior, animals and birds, the stretchers with masks and mudfish, all panels with carved edges and raised on short nodule feet, early 20th century,
