A SMALL CHINESE MOTHER OF PEARL INLAID LACQUER TABLE
LATE MING DYNASTY
The rectangular top decorated with beauties, gentlemen and children amidst pavilions in a luscious garden rich with bamboo, pine, plantain and other plants, with a phoenix in flight above, the upper corners with billowing clouds, the frieze with further figural scenes reserved on floral diaper, all raised on four short scroll feet, 20cm x 62cm x 36cm.
