A MASSIVE CHINESE IRON TRIPOD INCENSE BURNER

DATED 1741 AND PROBABLY OF THE PERIOD

The deep sides cast in relief with panels enclosing Daoist Immortals with their names above them, another panel containing blossoming flowers, with a date for the sixth year of the Qianlong Emperor's reign, with two lion masks suspending loose rings, 67cm, 70kg approx.

Provenance: from a deceased estate, Hampshire.
