A CHINESE PARCEL-GILT BRONZE 'MYTHICAL BEAST' INCENSE BURNER, GUI

The compressed globular body raised on a flared foot, flanked by two mythical beast handles, with a central band of flame scrolls, between bands of butterflies and stylised chilong and scrolling foliate tendrils, the base incised with a seal mark reading Yunjian Hu Wenming zhi, with a paper label for the Finer Collection 'CB 105', 510g, 17cm.
