A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE 'DRAGON' BOTTLE VASE
FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY

With an ovoid body and a tall slender neck, painted with three scaly five-clawed dragons chasing a sacred pearl of wisdom amongst clouds and flames above rolling waves, below a front-facing dragon to the neck, with a band of ruyi-heads to the rim, 31.5cm.
