A Chinese pewter tea caddy 18th century, for the Russian market, the rectangular body with flattened corners, decorated in gilt to one side with the Imperial arms for Peter the Great, the reverse with figures engaged in daily pursuits, separated by scrolling foliate borders, the top with a sliding fitted cover, 18.5cm wide. (2)
