A Chinese red cinnabar lacquer gourd-shaped vase 18th/19th century, carved in relief to each side with a circular panel containing vases of peony and prunus, incense burners and scholar's objects, encircled by a foliate border, the neck with a shou character, a strap handle to each side, all reserved on a scrolling foliate and key fret ground, a paper label for Spink & Son Ltd., 20.4cm.
