Painted with panels enclosing scenes of warriors, officials and ladies, all reserved on a ground of various blossoms and fruits, with a phoenix and pheasant perched amidst the flowers between quatrefoil cartouches containing figures in a garden and precious objects, with applied lion dogs to the neck and dragons to the shoulder, the rim interior decorated with floral sprays, 90cm.
