A Chinese white jade rectangular plaque Ming dynasty or earlier, reticulated with a sinuous bifid-tailed chilong amidst lingzhi fungus enclosed by twenty-two concave beads, set in a gilt metal buckle incised with flowerheads to the reverse, the buckle probably 18th century, 7.6cm overall.
