Decorated in red, blue and gilt with houses amongst flowering trees, cloud-shaped

cartouches with landscapes and a band of flower sprays above the foot, the well with a central vase of flowers, mounted with Louis XV-style ormolu fittings, 32.5cm overall.

Provenance: a private English collection, purchased from Colin Stodgell Fine Art, 29th February 2000, copies of the original invoice and certificate of authenticity are available.
