Painted to the centre with a Buddhist lion dog, his front paw resting on a brocade ball, with small birds and insects in flight around him, within a border of lotus flowers and foliate lappets, the rim with a band of flower panels on a cell ground, the base with a lingzhi mark, 35.2cm.
