CHARIOT WITH THE GODDESS OF FLOWERS
A Chinese painting, ink and colour on paper, inscribed and signed Wuxing Qian Xuan with one artist's seal and two collectors' seals, framed and glazed, the reverse with a paper label for Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester, 49cm x 52cm.
Provenance: from the collection of Captain Albert Makinson (1880-1961), and thence by descent.
Exhibited: Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester, 26th February 1937.
