SIX CHARACTER XIANFENG MARK AND OF THE PERIOD 1851-61

Brightly enamelled with blossoming flowers including lotus, chrysanthemum, peonies, cherry blossoms and orchids, amidst leafy tendrils, all reserved on a lemon-yellow ground, 17.3cm.

Provenance: an English private collection, Gloucestershire, given to the current owner in the late 1940s.
