A rare Chinese silver gilt and filigree shaped box c.1740

A rare Chinese silver gilt and filigree shaped box c.1740, in the European manner with swing handles and undulating borders, the top and sides with delicate geometric floral filigree, the interior gilded and with a monogram beneath a crest of a raised sword, 18oz, 19cm.
