A good Chinese white jade belthook 18th/early 19th century, crisply carved with a single horned chilong dragon upon the shaft confronting a dragon's head, the sides with key fret, the underside with a floral roundel, 11cm. Cf. Ming Wilson, Chinese Jades, p.32, no.28 for a similar example in the Victoria and Albert Museum.
