A Chinese blue and white moon flask, bianhu six character Qianlong seal mark and perhaps of the period, the body well painted with a continuous lotus scroll, above a band of lappets, the neck with stylized stiff leaves beneath a band of breaking waves, the handles with stylized fungus, 32.5cm. Provenance: by repute, formerly the estate of Villa Le Jeune, Hove, Belgium.
