A large Chinese yellow ground saucer dish six character Zhengde mark and of the period 1506-21, finely potted with rounded sides rising to an everted rim, covered with an even coloured glaze to the inside and out, faint rim cracks and some surface wear, 21.4cm.
Provenance: an English private collection, purchased Sotheby's 17th December 1980, lot 617.
