Painted with a circular panel depicting a European subject of a lady and an attendant looking at a butterfly on a terrace, the wide rim with shaped foliate panels reserved on a bright yellow cell ground, the reverse with prunus, peony and bamboo, the rim with a ruby ground, 21.5cm.
