The recumbent horse depicted with its head turned back towards its raised rear leg, the hair finely incised on its mane, the stone of greyish green and with white and russet speckles, 20cm.

Provenance: from the collection of James Sweeney, Magistrate and land owner in Co. Donegal, Ireland, acquired in the early 1940s.
