A pair of Japanese bronze vases

A pair of Japanese bronze vases, Meiji 1868-1912. Intricately decorated in relief and onlaid in silver, gold and shakudu, one with four figures beside a waterfall and with a plaque inscribed with two lines of calligraphy, the other with a mother and two children in a mountainous landscape, with four flying cranes, 18cm.
